RED RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 qt. fresh or frozen diced rhubarb
1 lg. box Jello
2 c. water
1 lg. box white cake mix (yellow works, too)

Place cut up rhubarb in 9x13 pan to cover bottom. Sprinkle the dry Jello over the rhubarb. Mix water with cake mix, spoon over rhubarb mixture. Bake 1 hour in 350 F. oven. Cut in squares and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
