VEGGIE CHILI 
1 lg. onion
2 med. carrots
1-2 lg. green peppers
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt to taste
4 servings rice
Grated Monterey or Cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's sauce
1 can red kidney beans

Slice vegetables, add sauce and spices. Simmer until vegetables are tender.. Add beans, heat well. Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle cheese over.
