CARIBBEAN PIE 
FILLING:

3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

PIE CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
Salt
3 to 4 tbsp. cold water

Mix up pie filling. Make crust and put in pie pan, then put in oven for 3 minutes, if you so desire. Then pour in pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can reduce heat to 325 degrees if oven is electric.
