BRUNCH FOR A BUNCH 
1 lb. hot pan sausage
3 c. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Crumble sausage in skillet; cook until brown; drain. Place hash browns in lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Layer sausage, cheese and bell peppers. Combine eggs and milk; beat. Pour over the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.
