BRUNCH TREAT 
1 lb. loose sausage, cooked and chopped
12 pieces buttered bread, crust removed
6 eggs, combined with 2 c. milk
1 lb. grated cheese

Line 9 x 13 inch casserole with bread, butter side down. Sprinkle with cooked sausage. Pour eggs and milk over all. Cover with cheese. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Let stand 15 minutes, then cut and serve.
