CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
3 hard cooked eggs, quartered
3 sweet pickles, chopped
Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Combine chicken, celery, salt, eggs, and pickles. Moisten with mayonnaise. Cover container and chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with olives and additional hard cooked egg slices, if desired.
