PINEAPPLE/CHEESE SALAD 
2 pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. evaporated milk

Dissolve Jello and cool. Add cottage cheese and mix. Add milk and mayonnaise. Beat with egg beater; add pineapple (with juice) and pecans. Pour into mold or oblong glass dish.
