PINEAPPLE-CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello or Jello of choice
1 c. milk
3/4 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Let cool. Blend cream cheese with 1 cup milk. Add pineapple and mix with Jello mixture. Pour into mold. Chill. OPTIONAL: Chopped nuts, grated carrots, or chopped celery may be added.

HINT: Using blender to mix cream cheese and milk makes it easier.
