PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. lime jello
2 c. hot water
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (210 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped celery, cut up very small
1 c. coarsely broken nuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Cool and when mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped cream into which the softened cream cheese has been whipped, gently and thoroughly. Fold in remaining ingredients and turn into mold. Chill until firm (overnight).
