PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
3 c. hot water
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed pineapple

About 1 hour before mixing, set cheese out to soften. Let Jello chill until about half set. Meanwhile, cream cheese with 1 tbsp. of Cool Whip. Mix Jello, Cool Whip and cream cheese. Fold in remaining ingredients. Let stand until firm. (This is very good at Christmas time because of the color.)
