PINEAPPLE, MARSHMALLOW, CHEESE
SALAD
 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1-1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, cut in sm. chunks
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter/oleo
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water

Combine pineapple cheese and marshmallows in bowl. For Sauce: In small pan mix; sugar, flour, pinch of salt. Add egg and mix. Combine vinegar and water and add slowly to egg mixture. Add butter, cook over medium heat until thick. Pour over pineapple, marshmallow and cheese. Chill.
