PIZZA CRUST | |
1 pkg. yeast 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. warm water 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1 tbsp. oil 1 egg, beaten Mix first three ingredients together and let stand awhile. Put flour and salt into a bowl, mix and make a well. Add water, oil, egg and yeast mixture all together. Stir to combine, then knead dough for five minutes, adding more flour if sticky. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Press into two greased pizza pans and put sauce and toppings as desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
