1 (12 oz.) box Crispix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. smooth peanut butter

Melt chips and butter. Stir in peanut butter until melted, pour over cereal. Mix until coated. Put coated cereal in large paper sack, pour in powdered sugar and shake. Air dry. Store in airtight container.
