1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (14 oz.) box Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Put cereal in a large roaster or pan. Melt the butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over the cereal and mix well. Put the mixture in a brown paper bag with 2 cups powdered sugar. Shake well. Add another cup of powdered sugar and mix again. Delicious. Grandchildren love it.
