MICROWAVE PUERTO RICAN RICE 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper (native peppers are best)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 pkgs. Sazon with Achiote
2 c. sm. grain rice
3 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart microwavable dish. Cover. Cook for 20 minutes. Rotate dish at least once during cooking if you don't have a turntable for your microwave. Stir before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
