QUICK CHILI 
1/2-1 lb. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1 (1 qt.) can tomato juice
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Brown meat. Place all ingredients in one pot. Simmer 1 hour. Serve with fresh corn bread. Serves 8-10.
