VEAL GOULASH 
4 lg. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. veal, cut sm.
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. water
1 oz. capers
1 c. sour cream

Cook onions in butter until well browned. Add veal, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until brown, stirring often. Add tomatoes, green pepper and water. Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes, adding a tablespoon of water if necessary. Add capers and sour cream. Cook 5 minutes. Serve very hot.
