CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
8 oz cream cheese
6 eggs
3 sticks of butter
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp rum (optional)

Cream together sugar, butter and cream cheese. Alternate flour and eggs (1 cup flour/2 eggs). Add vanilla and rum.

Bake in sprayed bundt pan at 325°F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before turning out.
