CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3 sticks butter 3 c. sugar 3 c. flour 6 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Do not preheat oven! Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Slowly add flour, mixing until well blended. Pour into treated bundt pan or small loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN! Bake loaf pans 1 hour. Serve with any number of toppings or delicious all by itself. |
