GLAZED HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground cooked ham
1 lb. ground fresh pork
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. Half and Half
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Pineapple slices (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)

Combine meat, corn flakes, egg, chili sauce, Half and Half, and 1/2 teaspoon mustard; mix well. Saute pepper, celery, and onion in oil until tender; stir into meat mixture.

Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons mustard and cloves; mix well. Spread mixture in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Top with pineapple slices and cherries, if desired. Pack meat mixture into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from pan before slicing. Yield: 6 servings.
