TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)

FROSTING:

1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. 10X sugar

Boil 1 cup butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and water. Add to sugar, flour, salt, soda, eggs and sour cream. Bake in 11x17 sheet cake pan, 350 degrees, 20 minutes.

Boil butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 6 tablespoons milk. Add to vanilla, 10X sugar and nuts. Mix and frost while cake is still hot.
