MUSHROOM AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. onion powder

Make the dressing first by combing all ingredients and mixing well. Allow to blend in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.

SALAD:

2 lg. bunches broccoli, washed and drained
2-3 green onions
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned

Break or cut off the florets from the broccoli and place in salad bowl. Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the green onions. Combine the vegetables and cover with the dressing. Chill for 1 hour before serving, stirring once after 30 minutes.
