PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (fresh)
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Combine sugar and oil in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and beat. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with water. Mix and add pumpkin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 3 loaf pans. (Fresh pumpkin is best but you can substitute canned.)
