MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
3/4 c. oil (I use canola oil)
3 eggs

Icing:

1 box vanilla instant pudding (no milk)
1 - 15 1/2 oz. can of crushed pineapple and juice
1 - 8 oz. container of Cool Whip

Mix the cake ingredients and spread in a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, until done. Beat icing ingredients together and spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.
