MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 can mandarin oranges including juice
1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines is best)
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar

Icing:

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 bowl Cool Whip

Cake: Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 3 round cake pans.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown.

Icing: Mix well. After cake has cooled, frost each layer. Then frost top and sides.
