MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix together above ingredients. Beat well; put in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (plus juice)

Mix together and spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts; refrigerate.
