MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Butter Recipe cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (undrained)
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Icing:

1 large can pineapple, crushed and drained
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 large box Cool Whip, thawed

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour 3 (8-inch) cake pans. Mix all ingredients using electric mixer. Divide batter evenly among prepared cake pans.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with pineapple icing.

While cake cools, mix dry pudding and crushed pineapple together. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread between layers and on top and sides of completely cooled cake. Refrigerate. Moist and delicious!
