DEEP DISH PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. fresh peaches, sliced
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. butter
Pie crust

Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and extract. Add to peaches. Toss lightly. Put into prepared pie shell. Dot with butter. Put on top crust and cut slits in top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
