TOPAZ SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. water
2 apples (Delicious)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Dissolve Jello in water. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Slice 2 apples in bottom of dish. Pour 1 cup Jello and set. Combine diced celery and nuts, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and Dream Whip to remainder of Jello. Pour over apples and set.
