HOT AND SPICY CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can "Rotel" chilies and tomatoes

Cut cheese into chunks and melt in double boiler or in microwave (70%). If Rotel tomatoes are whole, chop; mix with melted cheese THOROUGHLY. Serve warm with your favorite chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
