EASY CHEESE DANISH 
2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated

Unroll one can of dinner rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Blend all other ingredients except egg white. Spread over dinner roll layer. Put other can of rolls on top of mixture. Brush egg white on top. Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes.
