PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat sugar and eggs well. Add oil and beat thoroughly, add flour, spices, soda and salt; beat well. Add pumpkin and beat on low speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

ICING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. walnut flavoring

Beat well and spread when cake is cool.
