PUMPKIN SHEET CAKE 
4 well beaten eggs
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix together and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Icing:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Spread on warm cake.
