DEVILED COCKTAIL TIDBITS 
30 cocktail franks
1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
2 tbsp. creme de cassis
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water

In a deep 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine currant jelly, creme de cassis, mustard and horseradish. Mix well. Cover. Microwave at full power (high) for four to five minutes, or until melted, stirring twice.

In a small bowl, blend cornstarch and cold water. Stir into casserole. Microwave at full power (high) for two minutes or until thick and bubbly, stirring three times. Mixture should be thick and smooth. Stir in franks. Cover. Microwave at full power (high) for four to five minutes or until heated through, stirring once or twice. Serve with cocktail picks.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
