HONOLULU CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. seedless grapes
2 1/2 c. cold cooked rice
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Blend remaining ingredients together. Pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly. Chill. Serves 12 to 15.
