GERMAN CORN BREAD 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream or 1 c. Carnation & 1 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. self-rising meal

Bake in greased preheated 10 inch iron skillet at 450 degrees for 20- 25 minutes.
