INSTANT OATMEAL BREAD 
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. uncooked quick cooking oats
1 c. (firmly packed) brown sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. dates (diced) (buy diced, so much easier)

Beat liquids together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add raisins and dates. Bake in 2 (7x5x2 inch) pans at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done. Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves. (There are no eggs in this bread.)
