FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well. Add medium size can fruit cocktail (1 lb. size) juice included. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 11 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. black walnuts
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Boil hard for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over warm cake. I use sheet cake pan.
