TERRIFIC TURKEY 
turkey
6 or 8 oz. pkg. dried apricots
6 or 8 oz. pkg. dried prunes
1 large apple
poultry seasoning
butter
2 capfuls apricot brandy

Clean and prepare turkey. Pat dry. Rub turkey with butter; sprinkle lightly with poultry seasoning. Stuff inside cavity with prunes and apricots, about half and half, and large apple, quartered. Place on large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Pour 2 capfuls of apricot brandy over turkey. Roll foil around turkey and seal at top. Cook at 350°F until done. Baste occasionally. Will be juicy and tender.

If you are having an early dinner, you can prepare and place in oven overnight at about 225°F.
