CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen whole kernel corn (sm. size)
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Onion flakes
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients. Pour in greased casserole. Put some Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly brown.
