SHOEPEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg Corn
1 (16 oz.) can French Cut Green Beans
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup

TOPPING:

Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Drain all vegetables. Mix with remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers mixed with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
