CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (#2) can cream corn
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn, drain
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento
Salt & Pepper to taste
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Beat egg; add milk then remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 1 hour.

Serves 10 to 12.
