CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 onion chopped
1 can corned beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can filled with sweet milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 pack of Ritz crackers (crushed)

Cook macaroni, drain and run under cold water till it separates. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers browned in melted butter. Pour onto top of mixture and bake about 30 minutes at 350°F. (May substitute cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup for chicken soup.)
