CORN BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. noodles (8 oz.)
1 can corned beef (12 oz.)
1 sm. minced onion
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup

Cook noodles as directed on package, drain. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour in large casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. This freezes well. Do not add bread crumbs if you plan to freeze. Add the crumbs before you reheat.
