BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (or use bell pepper flakes)
1 tsp. garlic salt (or to taste)
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 (7 oz.) box macaroni
Grated Cheddar cheese
1 qt. jar of tomatoes or 2 cans mashed up
1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper (optional)

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add all ingredients (except macaroni) and cook 20 minutes. Add 7 oz. pkg. (uncooked) macaroni and cook 7 minutes longer. Pour into baking dish, top with grated Cheddar cheese. Heat in 325 degree oven until cheese melts.
