1 1/4 lb. ground meat
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated American cheese
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
2 bunches green onions
1 lb. pkg. med. egg noodles

Brown ground meat in pan; add season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic salt, etc. After meat is browned add tomato sauce and simmer slowly. Combine in medium size bowl chopped green onions, cream cheese and sour cream. Add this mixture to ground meat and tomato sauce. Continue to simmer slowly. Cook noodles according to directions on package. Place noodles in flat pan. Pour meat mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of this. Place in 300 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot from the oven. Also this will freeze and reheat very well.
