1 pkg. Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Tilt pan until bottom is covered. Put remaining ingredients into pan (except chocolate chips). Stir with fork until blended. Add chocolate chips.

Scrape sides and spread batter evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
