1 pkg. Duncan Hines devils food cake
1 3/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil(4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate bits

Spread oil over 9"x13" pan. Mix rest of ingredients in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
