1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II Devil's Food Cake Mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Tilt pan to coat bottom. Put remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cooled cake may be sprinkled with 10X sugar.
