FAST FIXIN' CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 tbsp. vanilla extract

Set power to high. In large bowl, mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk and butter; do not stir. Heat 4 1/2 to 6 minutes or until butter is melted; add nuts and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread into well-greased square baking dish; chill until firm. Cut into squares.

NOTE: For 1 1/2 pounds fudge, follow above procedure. Half all ingredients, heat 2 to 3 minutes; pour into greased dish.

VARIATION: Rocky Road Fudge, add 1 cup miniature marshmallows.
